Hutchies developed a range of prototypes for these stunning, architecturally designed homes in partnership with Happy Haus.

We worked with leading architects Owen & Vokes and Donovan Hill to design these unique, subtropical inspired homes for locations throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.

The houses took advantage of single module layouts by creating open, single depth cross ventilated rooms, perfect for Northern Australia's warm climate.
